We were disappointed with our stay. The hot tub in our executive suite was broken, and despite multiple complaints, it was never fixed during our three nights. The towels were dusty and covered in fluff. To top it off, the room itself had a lack of cleanliness, with unvacuumed floors and unwashed bedding that had hair on it from the previous guests. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare, leaving us feeling let down and frustrated.
